I will act as your contract expert and continue negotiations until an agreement is reached. You will also provide an updated pre-approval letter with your offer to inform the seller of your ability to complete the transaction.

Although I will explain the terms in detail, be sure to personally review all contracts and familiarize yourself with any changes made to the offer. Once your offer is accepted, you will be on your way to becoming a homeowner, with my support at every step. You will also work with a real estate broker who will oversee the contract, review inspection items and submit any necessary requests, and assist with all documentation to ensure a successful closing.
